The house in the suburbs of Lviv is designed in a modern minimalist style.

The topography of the plot and the orientation according to the cardinal points led to exactly this architectural solution: we moved the volume of the garage into the depth of the plot in order to make maximum use of the south-eastern front of lighting, where the windows of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms overlook. Panoramic windows on the 1st level connect the interior space with the exterior - inviting you to go out to a cozy terrace. Protruding cantilever volumes of the 2nd level add aesthetics and expressiveness and at the same time serve as a cover for the terrace.

Above the garage is a relaxing terrace with an outdoor pool.
