Modern design of an apartment for long-term rent

The interior design is made in the apartment, which is planned for long-term rent. The desire of customers was to make the space interesting, filled with modern trends in the world of design, such that attracts attention, but that for the residents of the apartment it was primarily comfortable, cozy and convenient.

While working on the redevelopment, it was decided to visually combine the existing kitchen-living room and bedroom into one large space. However, we still separated the bedroom in an unusual way - simulating the volume of a large terracotta cube inside the apartment. Since our goal was to provide maximum natural light in the most secret corners, a large monolithic glass cloth was installed between the bedroom and the kitchen. Through it the kitchen and a corridor will be filled with light, and also the effect of uniform space will be created. There are curtains on the side of the bedroom, which can be closed if necessary.

We also managed to organize a large dressing room, which housed a large wardrobe and all household items, along with washing machines and dryers. The corridor has the function of a transit zone, it is as free as possible from cabinets and other furniture. This will keep it clean and light in the future. A place for outerwear and shoes is provided in the wardrobe.

Black lines in the details - handles, frames, magnetic tires, lamps - add graphic design. A marker wall in the kitchen is a great solution for creative people, or for those who like to plan their day in the morning. As for the kitchen - at first glance it looks quite compact, but in fact - very roomy. The refrigerator and pencil case with built-in appliances "hid" in a niche. And the work surface, which is 20 cm deeper than the accepted standards of kitchens, made it possible to deepen the lower and upper cabinets, as well as to organize a functional apron for sliding systems, where owners can hide kitchen trinkets. All materials and interior items were selected in detail, the emphasis was on the quality of materials and care for them in the future.
