House Project with Terrace and Two Layer Planning

Our new work is a one-family home project with a terrace. The house is located on an elongated, narrow section of rectangular shape with descending relief.

First of all, in our work we decided to use the interesting location of the house by placing it on top of a hill and arranging the first floor in two levels. Thus, by increasing the height of the ceilings, we were able to visually expand the space in the kitchen and living room. Combined with large windows and access to a terrace bordering the large garden, we have achieved the effect of reconciling with nature, turning the disadvantage of the site into an advantage.

We have a training and lounge area in the basement, at the request of the Client.

On the ground floor we have a garage for one car, a small dressing room, a study, a bathroom and a large living room and kitchen, which we mentioned before.

The third floor is occupied by three bedrooms (two of which are used as children’s rooms), a dressing room and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a large balcony, oriented like the first floor terrace towards the garden.

In general, the project was calm and balanced, both in area and design, fully in line with the overall concept of harmony and unity with nature.

The project was carried out by experienced architects and design engineers and using modern professional software for calculation and design using 3D modeling and 3D rendering. This eliminates the maximum number of construction problems and provides maximum security for people living in such a home. The house meets all modern requirements and standards, because the Client is our main partner.
