Reconstruction of a blocked residential building in Lviv

The house (a one-story volume with an attic) is located in the established environment of a blocked low-rise residential building. The complex configuration of the premises and their small area made the young family turn to us.

The improvement of living and sanitary conditions of the house was achieved due to the arrangement of an extension on the north side with the subsequent addition of 2 levels (full and attic), for which it is proposed to dismantle the attic above the existing living rooms. Access to the upper levels is carried out via internal external stairs.

In the project, it is proposed to arrange on the first level (within the volume of the extension) a vestibule, a fuel room, a hall with a staircase, a bathroom and a garage. On the 2nd level - a kitchen-living room-dining room, an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a wardrobe, on the 3rd attic level - a corridor, an office and a relaxing terrace with a view of the city panorama.

The structure is a wooden frame (to reduce the load on the foundations).

The walls are finished with wooden lining, the plinth with natural stone, and the chimneys with clinker tiles.

In general, the shape and appearance of the house favorably contrasts with the surroundings and at the same time adds novelty to the already formed environment.
