The main task for the architects was to combine functionality, aesthetics and naturalness in one project. The peculiarity of the project was that the plot proposed by the Client for development is located on the slope of a mountain with a rather steep slope. On the one hand, this somewhat limited our opportunities, because both we and the Client sought to make the house project quite economical, but on the other hand, it created opportunities to show creativity and ingenuity.
The proposed option involves the partial placement of the house on the slope of the hill, with the arrangement of terraces, using the natural features of the terrain.
The garage, located on the hill, forms a terrace with a lawn for active recreation.
On the first floor of the house, a recreation room, a living room, a guest bedroom, a kitchen, as well as utility rooms (pantry and fuel) are designed.
On the second floor there are three large bedrooms with dressing rooms, a laundry room, a bathroom and a bathroom.
Despite the location on the northern slope, the house turned out bright and cozy.
