Paying attention to the significant slope of the site in the design process, our architects and designers found the optimal solution - the design of the basement and the location of the garage. This allowed to compactly place the house on the site, increase the free space behind the mansion and arrange access to the garage on the existing slope. The entrance in front of the garage is covered with a terrace. In front of the house there is a place for a temporary car and a small green area with space for a Christmas tree.
Landscaping techniques and compositions of stones and plants are used to strengthen the slopes.
In the basement there is also a boiler room and a large room that can be used by customers in the future for various purposes. Stairs from the first floor to the basement are closed, which creates additional noise and heat insulation.
The ground floor in the plan is U-shaped with a large terrace. At the entrance there is a wardrobe and a bathroom. On the corner there is an office and a living room. Also on the ground floor is a large kitchen-living room with fireplace, private pantry and access to the terrace. The terrace has a dining table and a cozy seating area with a sofa and armchairs.
On the second floor there are living rooms: two bedrooms for children, a bedroom for parents with their own wardrobe and a bathroom.
The idea of placing three cubes, creating an interesting composition, was embodied in the basis of the three-dimensional solution.
The main tone of decoration is gray and white plaster. Black plaster and brown and black wood are used for accents and decoration. The black color of the parapets and double-glazed windows give the building a graphic and concise look.
The house turned out to be minimalist, harmonious in proportions and organically integrated into the natural environment, which fully satisfied the wishes of customers.
