The project of a house in a minimalist style on the slope in the village. Salt shaker

Before designing, our architects and designers inspected the site, which gave impetus to the development of the concept of the house. Analyzing the height difference and the slope of the terrain, an unusual decision was made, which became a feature of the project: the 1st floor is partially immersed in the landscape. From the side of the road the house looks one-storey, but from the side of the yard it is a full-fledged two-storey house.

The entrance to the house is located on the side of the road on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor at the entrance there is a spacious corridor and a wardrobe. On this floor are located all living quarters: three bedrooms and two offices. From the offices there is access to a large outdoor terrace. There is also a large bathroom on the 2nd floor with a private bath and shower.

The ground floor has two zones: residential and commercial. The living room has a spacious kitchen-living room with panoramic windows. The utility area is a garage for two cars, fuel, laundry and bathroom.
From the first floor there is an exit to the courtyard, where the lounge area is located. There is a small pool with a place for sunbeds and a terrace, with the possibility of placing a dining table on the street, as well as a cozy corner with a place for a fire.

The main wish of the customer was the style of minimalism, as well as the absence of unnecessary details and volumes. Therefore, the three-dimensional composition consists of two cubic volumes, which are distinguished by finishing materials. The main volume is the 2nd floor, which is decorated with white plaster. From the side of the yard it hangs over the terrace, and panoramic windows on the 1st floor and black plaster allow the overhanging volume to stand out well.

The second volume is a protruding garage on the ground floor, decorated with corten steel, which is a very modern and interesting material.

When designing the facades, the architects followed the techniques of composition and proportions. The facades are concise and minimalist, which make the building attractive and fully satisfy the tastes of customers.
