Design of a block of flats in a cozy corner of Lviv

The project of interior filling and decoration of the house is designed for a mega positive couple and their children. It is interesting that the opinions and wishes of others were taken into account as much as possible in the development of the design.

The mansion combines several styles, the dominant one being fusion emotionally sensitive). Country style and Scandinavian minimalism in this interior successfully complement it.

Already from the entrance group of the first floor, you can see the general concept of the house and trace it in all rooms.

The kitchen is simple and concise, contains all the necessary household appliances, as well as a pantry where you can hide all the additional equipment that will not create unnecessary clutter in the house. The reception and cooking area always requires practical surfaces, so we tried to protect all walls as much as possible from possible contamination, while not overloading the space with decorations.

The living room is warm and cozy, there will always be a place for large groups of friends. A win-win accent is a phyto wall that refreshes the entire space of the house. The fireplace, which seems to be "hidden" under the stairs, also attracts attention, but we deliberately highlighted it visually with contrasting materials. The guest bathroom seems to show the design of the entire first floor from the middle.

The second floor is fully and completely under the control of small owners, where their own laws and rules apply, but the overall concept of the house is preserved.

The girl's room is more like a teenager's room, but still sprinkled with children's accessories that can be changed or supplemented with age. The boy's room is also designed for growth, but supplemented with "unobtrusive" accessories. A non-standard solution for a children's bathroom attracts maximum attention. And the most interesting picture on the walls is our photo wallpaper that can be painted like graffiti.
And a large game area where each functional zone smoothly flows into another.

The attic floor is a cozy corner for parents. Due to the low blind area at the edges of the attic, we lost a lot of space, but we managed to place a large workplace, a guest bedroom, a separate bathroom, a niche for a washing machine and dryer, a bedroom and a large dressing room next to it. An interesting element is the glass partition between the staircase and the office, it acts as noise insulation and allows additional natural light to enter the corridor area.
