Palsteken Project (2018-2019)

Project of object constructions in the city of Malmo, Sweden

The design of structures and working drawings for the plant were made by our company. The building area is 14,500 m². The object is formed by a residential building on 5 floors, 6 entrances, parking on the ground floor, attic floor, the total number of apartments - 207. The frame consists of reinforced concrete (hereinafter - reinforced concrete) wall panels, reinforced concrete three-layer sandwich panels , reinforced concrete stairways and platforms, reinforced concrete and metal columns, reinforced concrete massive prestressed slabs, reinforced concrete balconies and floors made of hollow slabs, metal beams and prestressed reinforced reinforced concrete beams

The design was performed by experienced design engineers with the help of modern professional programs for calculation and design. The project also used 3D modeling and 3D visualization, which makes it possible to eliminate the maximum number of problems during construction and ensure maximum safety for people who will live in such a house. The house meets all modern requirements and norms, because the Client is our main partner. JSC "Constructive" qualitatively, quickly and inexpensively performs the design of mansions.
