Reconstruction of an unfinished residential building in Lviv

The existing unfinished one-story house is located in the center of a narrow and elongated lot and is also blocked with the neighboring house. Due to the configuration of the site, it was a logical decision to divide the building into two parts. In this way, we have created separate apartments with completely private spaces. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own yard.

Upon entering the first apartment, we find ourselves in a hallway with a wardrobe and stairs. There is also a large garage on the first floor. On the second floor there is a kitchen-living room. A large linear work surface for cooking is complemented by a kitchen island that can also serve as a dining table. For convenience, a pantry is also designed in the kitchen. The room has a spacious area for a large table, as well as a lounge area with a sofa and TV. The third floor has fully residential rooms. There are three bedrooms, one of them has its own wardrobe. There are two bathrooms in the apartment: on the second floor with a shower and on the third floor with a bathtub and an additional bidet.

The second apartment is more compact. It does not have a garage, and the kitchen-living room is immediately located on the first floor. There is a large terrace in front of the entrance to the house. The apartment has three bedrooms with their own wardrobes, two of which are located on the second floor.

The main facades of each side of the house are individual. On the side of the first apartment, a massive volume with panoramic windows protruding from the main plane of the facade is designed. It is highlighted with black plaster and a FunderMax wood panel. Clinker tiles and plaster of several colors are also used in the decoration. The facade on the side of the second apartment is decorated with white plaster and clinker tiles.
