At the time of the start of the development of the project, the external walls, columns, inserted windows and covered roof were already built.

For the high-quality implementation of the project, it was necessary to obtain the correct dimensions of the house. With the help of laser 3D scanning and "cloud of points" we got exact dimensions of facades. Such technologies help to clearly calculate the correct amount of materials in the future.

The first of our decisions was the design a terrace that would have an exit from the living room. One side of the terrace is very close to the fence, so we decorated it with a front board, which creates a cozy space, hidden from the eyes of other people. On the terrace there is an area with a barbecue, a large dining table, a jacuzzi, a resting place with sofas and a biofireplace.

During the development of the facade design project, to replace the temporary gable roof above the garage, we designed a three-gable roof, repeating the roof slopes, over the residential part of the house. This solution looks logical and combines the garage and the main volume of the house in one composition. The roof over the terrace and over the main entrance to the house is flat, we highlighted it in black. We developed detailed drawings of the roof structure with the specification of all rafter structures.

The predominant material of the facade is white and black plaster, brown facade board is also used. Windows are marked with a black vertical stripe. This visually lengthens the facade and makes it more interesting. The addition of boards to the cladding gives the house diversity and harmoniously matches the main color scheme.

One of the important details when designing a facade, which is rarely paid attention to, is lighting. It is not only a practical element, but also usually complements and makes the house even more attractive. We placed the lights on the facade near the main entrance and the entrance to the terrace; several lamps performing a decorative function are located on the side of the main facade. Lighting on the terrace, as well as above the entrance and drive-in, is installed in the ceiling.
