Conceptual design of a house in the mountains

The designed residential building is located in a picturesque place in the mountains above the cliff near the lake.

The building is one-storey with a basement. The entrance to the house is through the basement, which also houses a garage, utility room and fuel. From the hall you can immediately get to the gym.
The main idea was to conditionally divide the house into 3 blocks.

The first block is the office, which houses the office and meeting room for productive work at home, as well as the communication and recreation area in which the stairs rise from the ground floor.

The second - a residential building with four bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom, which has its own wardrobe and bathroom, has a magnificent view through a large panoramic window.

The third block contains a common area: a spacious kitchen-living room-dining room.
For relaxation in the building there is a spacious indoor pool, sauna, a small pool, which is located on the indoor terrace. These rooms are designed with a south-facing orientation, which will provide warmth and good lighting.

Due to the fact that the designed house is U-shaped in plan, in the center is logically located a comfortable courtyard with a cozy place by the fire, near which on cold evenings you can warm up, drink tea and dream.
