The project of an individual house in the village. Shchyrets

The individual residential building is designed on a picturesque plot in the village of Shchyrets is not far from Lviv. The main goal is to get comfortable suburban housing with expressive architecture. 

The architecture of the building is formed by two contrasting volumes: the building itself with a traditional pitched roof, but with a modern corniceless solution, and an attached rectangular garage already with a flat surface.  

Functionally, the house is divided vertically: 1st floor - active area (hallway, hall, kitchen-living room-dining room, rest terrace, bathroom, garage and fuel), 2nd floor - bedroom area with wardrobe and bathroom. The central element of the interior of the day area is a three-sided fireplace next to the stairs. A nearby bookshelf also serves as a stair railing and goes to the second floor. The terrace is partially located under the second floor, the exit from the fuel room is also under cover (part of this area is intended for storing firewood ). On the second level there is access to the flat roof above the garage. It is also possible to use the spacious attic for storing things.

Architectural expressiveness is also added by the contrast in decoration - plaster of different colors, clinker tiles and thermal wood are used.
