Get acquainted with our new work "Project of apartment design in Lviv in contemporary style". This is not our first apartment design project in Lviv, but as always it turned out to be original and different from any other.
The name of the style comes from the English word "contemporary", which means "modern". This design originated in the middle of the twentieth century. Then he successfully combined the Scandinavian style and minimalist aspects of interior design. In the early 1950s, hundreds of thousands of people moved to large cities, which necessitated the construction of high-rise buildings. It was not easy to provide the inhabitants of these buildings with apartments with a large area.
And here the designers were helped by the contemporary style, which was laconic and at the same time offered a variety of decorative elements. However, they were then in short supply. Therefore, people bought all sorts of, often incompatible items that belonged to different eras, which allowed to obtain a unique design. Over time, this style conquered all of Europe. As a result, there were various design and architectural schools that developed this area and gave it one or another feature. In our time, this style has not lost its popularity. The combination of laconic furniture (from the same IKEA) and vintage decor elements allows you to implement any idea.
This style does not offer clear rules that must be strictly adhered to. But, watching the numerous interiors, you can see some patterns in this area.
Our project of apartment design in Lviv is built on the contrast of light and dark with the addition of wooden elements for warmth and comfort. Clean forms, simple design at the same time makes the project of the house stylish and practical.
